Company or website, and a short note, are optional. The full assessment form also asks for your name and more context. We use this only to respond. If the link you opened includes campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, or utm_content), those values are kept for the current browser tab and included with the request. They are not your email, name, company, or the note you typed.
How we use information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your request, scope engagements, and communicate with you. We do not sell your information.
Data retention
We retain inquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and maintain our business records, then delete them on request.
